Android OS changed notification & important settinf Cant chnage it back ?

Hey everyone,Thought this would be easy though can't find this particular setting in the Android OS. That settings is preventing a play store setting which is notify me of apps updating & when finished.

What happens when you tap that toggle -- nothing?

You could always try clearing the app cache/data for the Play Store app, then Force Stop it. Then open the Play Store again, and see if that setting has reset.

Yeah toggled it like a 14 yr old ! As soon as you leave it reverts back. Might be a app permission so it can install & update from play store I caught Netflix the other day trying it. It's Only On the PC or tv now.
I tried to post a video but it wouldn't let unfortunately.

You don't have Do Not Disturb turned on, right?

Nah nothing I really thought leaving this stuff last. Cleared cache & reset permissions.
It still reverts back.
I've even alouded settings from the system & OS.

I just checked my Pixel 3a XL as well -- same behavior. I recall that for a while, Google took away the notifications about apps being updated. It looks like they've been bringing some of them back. Maybe they're bringing this notification back, but it's not quite ready to be activated yet?

That notification has been a mess for a long time. Google took it away a while ago and got many complaints from users. It seemed it was going to be back but not quite, maybe lacking a server side switch.

I can enable it, even as important, but still doesn't work.

Ok yeah yours is all good asthectically. No joke though I had all these settings good & this particular one was fine funny stuff.
