MIUI has now exceeded 600 million users worldwide. This includes both smartphone and tablet numbers.
Quite an achievement in such a short time.

I've been impressed with MIUI for 3 years now.

They claimed that MIUI 14 makes a lot of changes to the core experience (or whatever way they put it), and seriously they were not kidding.
My Poco F2 Pro has a 60hz only screen, but I can't imagine how a 120 hz screen could be smoother or quicker. The SD865 is a great chip so that helps.

I'm running out of updates though.
I won't get Android 13, I think, and Security will stop soon.

I'm scouring the Mi Store and other sales, but I can't jump in to buy right at the moment. That might change.

Anything would need to be at least as good as the F2 though. Maybe the F5 or a deal on a 2022 Xiaomi model. They have a longer updates promise.

The Samsung S21fe 5g is also on my radar though if in as new condition.
2.5 years of updates left and an extra year of security patches. Plus a change to a 6.4" screen and a video out port.

I have to agree. MIUI has really come of age now.

I'm currently running MIUI 14 on my Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5g and it's so smooth and fast with the Mediatek 1080.

I just feel annoyed that it wasn't released with Android 13 as I already had that on my old Redmi Note 10 Pro. Hey ho, I guess it will drop soon enough.
