Battery drain on s9: usage doesn't match battery level

So I switched from Apple to Android and my s9 was great until Pie installed and the battery began to drain quickly. I did everything (cache partition wipe, check all settings, factory wipe) and nothing work so I had it replaced under warranty. New s9 is the same way... If I add up the usage of all of the apps listed under battery it comes to 32.8%. Currently, my battery is at 53%. Where is the unaccounted for 20.2%?? Before the Pie update when I had Oreo on the first phone I had no issues. The OS tells me there's high battery usage by the BlueMail email app which is 12%, but I'm fine with that it's the extra 20% missing that bugs me. Also, Google Play Services is #2 on the list at 4.7% is that normal?

I have never used bluemail so can't say if it's better or worse.
Space wise k9 is currently using 28.6MB of space.

Maybe I'll try k9 then. It still doesn't explain the missing 20% of the battery though.
If the phone doesn't know what app used that 20% of battery then it won't show anything.
You can try installing an app like Accubattery and see if that app can show what used the 20%.
