battery has gone to crap

My battery is on the charger and losing power. Its on the charger all day and never gets fully charged. In an hr my battery can go from 70% under 25% no idea why its happening. My Morphie case usually can charge my 5% all the way to 90% and now doesn't charge over 60%. I've had the phone replaced not too long ago for network issues but they didn't replace the battery...time to border a new battery on amazon?

Is the battery bulging at all? Easy way to tell is take it out, put it on a smooth, flat surface & see if you can see space under the corners (also if it spins very easily). If so, it's sounds like time for a new one.

Also check if your charging port (pin) is not damaged.
