battery "keep awake" after charging

[Android Central Question]

Hi, Whenever i charge my P2 and after removing charger i see KEEP AWAKE as solid bar. upon using adb shell commands and GSM battery app, it is "Kernel Wake lock smb1351" which keeps my phone awake. if i reboot my phone, "KEEP awake" will not be there until i charge my P2 again.

so whenever i charge my phone and after removing charger i get KEEP AWAKE which is really frustrating.
anyone has any idea about this? and how to resolve this?
