Best ROM for performance and battery life

Hey guys, im looking forward to flash a custom ROM for my i9300, here's my requirements:
1. NO TOUCHWIZ (I hate it)
2. Performance - I got 23968 on the latedt version of AnTuTu benchmark.
3. Battery life - all I need from it is to last me for 1 day including about an hour gaming.
4. No major bugs for daily use- no reboots no probelms with dialer/calling.

I've been viewing and reading about ROM for the i9300 I really liked Liquid Smooth but since they stopped working on the KK version and jumped onto the L version, the KK still has major bugs. I really liked the style.

I'm sure there's a lot of ROM, however, I cant find good JB/KK ROMs thats being updated or very stable.

So I need help choosing the best ROM for my requirements.

SlimKat is a good KK ROM for S3. I also liked Carbon. Both seemed pretty bug free with plenty of customization options.
