bootdownloader problem

[AC Question]

hi guys
i forgot my password and usb debuging is off and recovery mode doesnt work andddd when i try to run bootloader with down vol and power,it doesnt respond.i hear that i hav to change my rom.but how???help me plzzzzzzzzzz

I think you need to look at a JTAG service.
