Brand new Galaxy S6 - rebooting/shutting down

[AC Question]

apps slowly begin to show "stopped working" and then one by one shut down. Eventually phone shuts down or sometimes simply reboots. I've got minimal apps and no idea what's going on w/the exception of possibly the case causing overheating. Thoughts?

Hi, have you tried powering the device into safe mode? if the issues disappear then an app you have downloaded is causing the issue.

Second option would be to perform a factory reset, see if that helps you any.

Third and last option would be to take the phone back to the place you bought it if it's brand new
