Hi,

I have a problem when trying to take a picture of my ID Card from websites or apps like when verifying identity. It does not focus and the wording is blurred. Also, it happens when I try to take a picture of the ID Card using the default camera app and moving the camera closer but apparently it does not happen when i use the buttons to zoom in. Any help pls?

While it would help to know what device you have, speaking form an experience with my most hated phone, the S20. Zooming is what you're missing or at least it was for me. So yeah zooming is probably what you're missing then. It was mentioned in many photo review videos the S20 and S21 were very similar when it came to the camera.

I will try that as the app I'm going to use for verification doesn't have the buttons to zoom so i need to move the phone which i think it's the problem.
