need help with my s5 interface

i got an galaxy s5 ( canadien version) and since i have gotten my screen repaired i have this new problem with my interface on my phone .. ( see picture above)


could anyone help me with thats cuz now i cant do **** with my phone... and i am not the best 1 with phone lol ... would be much appreciated thanks you !

take note thats i have never rooted my phone or downloaded an application thats have fuycked my phone like it is now -.-
