Hello
I have a Nokia G10 on giffgaff pay as you go. I use it as a phone.
Is there any way I can keep my PAYG credit solely for phone calls. When at home I do connect to router for data.
I have switched off mobile data and roaming but credit does seem to vanish.
What can I do.
Thanks

You’re aware of the cost of the calls? Depending on how much you call, that could soon use your credit.

PAYG tends to be expensive. Have you considered other options, and if necessary, other networks? It’s possible to get unlimited texts and calls, and 4GB of data, for £6 a month.

Yes I know the cost. There have been no calls made on the phone but credit has been reduced. I think it happens when the Nokia is away from my home router but not sure.
Small reductions in credit are normal enough, but substantial ones are not, assuming, as you say, that you have denied mobile data permissions.
