Cloud Print PDF attachment fails when invoked from Nexus 10

This is aproblem I have with Cloud Print (for any PDF email attachment I have tried):

Invoke Cloud Print for a PDF attachment from Gmail in Nexus 10 Chrome browser - gets into the Cloud Print queue at the PC but Status reported as Error as soon as print starts (no output and no further error information that I can find)

Invoke Cloud Print for the same PDF attachment from the same email in Gmail in Chrome browser on PC - always prints correctly

I would like to get Cloud Print for PDF attachments from Android devices working or raise it as a bug so it can be fixed - how do I do that?
