com.Facebook.katana wakelock!! help!!

Sorry for long post in advance. Ok, so I have a nexus 4 and I'm using cyanogen mod 11. Recently I've been going from 100 percent to almost dead by lunch with very very minimal use. It's impossible to get half a day without charging. I got wakelock detector to try to see what's up. Right now it is showing Facebook has a process com.Facebook.katana that has x524 times and messenger has one called com.Facebook.orcha in at x224!!! What is going on and how do I fix this?? I know i probably didn't give you guys all the info you need, so please tell me what all info you need. I figured that would be enough and I'm sure I'm not the first to ask what these specific wakelocks are and how to fix it. I just want to be able to make it through work without my phone dying! com.facebook.orca is Facebook Messenger and com.facebook.katana is Facebook App.

Did you've tried to clear cache for those apps?
