Converting A Windows 10Tablet To An Android Tablet

I'm looking to convert a Tablet (Which runs like CRAP on Windows 10 into an Android Tablet

Can I do that with an Android PC OS or would I need something else?

If I CAN use an Android PC OS, which one would I have to use & how would I go about doing it??

Keep in mind, my Tablet DOES have standard USB ports like a regular PC so using a Flash Drive isn't a problem

Here's just about everything you'd need

BTW - When I say "Crap" in describing this Tablet, I mean crap to the point where it INEXPLICABLY REBOOTS ITSELF

That's why I'm looking at converting it to an Android Tablet as I bet some of the specs might suggest it's a better ANDROID device than a WINDBLOWS device

I plan to convert my old PC into an Android PC but there's A BOATLOAD of builds for THAT (I just need to pick one )
