Couldn't sign into Google play services

Hello Members, Has anyone ever encountered such problem, I factory reset my DOOGEE X70 Android suddenly after the reset I couldn't sign into my Google account it keeps showing blank and after some secs "Google play services has stopped" I tried clearing the cache and data still it persist. Also some certain apps keep crashing Gmail,opera mini,sololearn etc. Please help!

Solution: Hello again, I found a solution to my problem, the reason why Google play services was malfunctioning was due to "Android system webview" so I manually updated it. Now, Google play services works fine.

Hello again, after a series of googling to find a solution to my problem I couldn't find a single solution that works for me.
So, I have to take a look at my system apps ,then I decided to google some of their functions for each app, I came to realized an app which is Android system webview https://www.quora.com/What-is-th ... nd-how-can-I-use-it
Finally, I went to download the Android system webview from https://android-system-webview.en.uptodown.com/android installed it manually. Boom!!!
