Default launcher not working

Every day, the default launcher (Nova) will not stay. It keeps switching back to Samsung launcher. Any ideas?

Mine didnt want to stick either. Go into settings>apps>choose default apps>home app , and set what launcher you want.

Hummm. Perhaps with nova set and working long press home screen open the settings icon/gear>nova settings>home screen> scroll down to advanced settings> and toggle on > lock layout, perhaps that will help.
The only other thing i can think of is to uninstall nova and re install it. MAybe back up nova settings before hand. I could be wrong, perhaps wait for some peeps here to wake up and check back .

As mustang mentioned above, this is a known issue with Nova beta. Yesterday I had to re-select Nova as default launcher and reboot several times. I will note the first few times I went to select the default browser, Nova was already selected. The last time I did it, it showed None and I selected Nova and then rebooted. Seems to have stuck now.

I use the Nova Beta from their Discord server and don't have the issue, the default launcher selection sticks properly.

Nova version 7.0.22 from the Nova discord channel. I'm not using the beta version from Play store (I think that's still 6.* version)

Yeah I have Nova 7 as default from the last 3 days and it sticks fine. I don't get prompts to keep selecting default again. Not sure why you are getting it.
