Sprint Galaxy S8 Dialing Keypad Tones

Anyone else not getting tones when using the dialing keypad.
I have it turned ON under Sounds and Vibrations.
Touch Sounds work fine but not the keypad tones.

Anyone else notice, or is my hardware?

Hi! Try restarting your phone and see if that does anything. All of your volumes are turned up?

Yep, reset a couple of times already.

Sprint has an update, maybe there's a fix.

Sorry, I actually don't have the S8/S8+ - I'm just stalking the forums haha. I tend to pick one every week or so, it seems!

Hmm. If you've already restarted and it's still happening, are you at least getting vibration feedback when you press down? Yes, perhaps Sprint's update will fix this. It's an odd but annoying bug, to be sure.

Hopefully an S8/S8+ user can comment soon who can be of more assistance!

OK, got the word from Samsung.

Tech says S8 and S8+ phone dialer keypad tones are softer than all other Samsung devices and would be addressed on a future update.

Yadda, yadda, smoke out of Samsung's orifice.
