Disappointing Vibration strength

After a couple months with the 8 pro, I'm very disappointed with the weakness of the vibration. Yes, I've gone to settings and turned up the vibration strength to the max but I'm still missing calls due to not feeling my phone vibrating.

Using a Belroy leather case but in or out of the case, it's virtually the same weak vibration.

I also noticed that when it's just sitting on a table and it vibrates you can also barely hear it. On my 3xl, it was a more forceful and loud vibration to the point where it was useful. I'm finding the vibration setting on the 8 pro is just not useful at all and it might as well be a silent setting.

I'd try using the app called Buzzkill. You can set up a longer buzz pattern, so you can feel it better plus there's an option to make the vibration slightly more powerful.
