The firmware that I mentioned previously in post #18 above is specifically for the U.K. unbranded model, BTU, of Galaxy S5, global model, G900F. Please post the 3 lines of information of your firmware details as shown in #1.8 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide. This will ensure that you are using the correct firmware for your model of phone, Product and CSC code.
