Google chrome homepage changed

My google chrome homepage changed and won't get back I even deleted all data but still

What changed about it? On your phone, tablet or PC? Are you now missing the "speed dial" on your PC browser? It seems Google has pushed a server-side change that now requires the latest version of Chrome in order to display that page. I had to update my desktop versions of Chrome to restore this a couple weeks ago.

I was surfing the net and when I exit everything go crazy some apps keep installing and the home page if chrome changed and won't comeback even factory data reset don't work
