Google play store quit downloading Fire OS 4.6.3

After being able to download several apps (Chrome, Maps etc) from the play store it quit downloading. Now it just says that it 'Can't connect to server - This download will be automatically...' The Fire OS is 4.6.3 unlocked phone on Straight talk. Have force stopped and cleared the Google services etc. with no luck. It happens with any app that I try to download.

The server might just be busy. People all over the world may be trying to download at the same time. Try again later.
