Has the 'Close all' apps button gone mission from the Lollipop update?

I'm using a D6603 running 5.0.2 and I've got the close all apps button. The weird thing was that after it did what seamed like a whole day of OTA updates I plugged it into my PC and it installed the connection software and did one more. Not sure if this is simply only available in the UK, over the Internet, or I have some freaky hybrid, but that's where I'm at and how I got there..

I know that on the g3 you can go into settings>general>menu key and you can set it to view closed apps and clear all. Not sure if this is what youre looking for or if it will work for your phone.
