Hey man... yea.. there is a checkbox on the screen that fails.. it should say something along the lines of "force http...." Check that, and then try to run it again.

Go into the Settings section, thats where the checkbox is to Force HTTP. Mine did this as well, it wouldn't download the packages over HTTPS. But there is definitely a checkbox for it. If you read the error text in your screen shot it says to switch it to force http in settings.

I'm not at my computer where i set this up so i can't get you a screen shot or any more detail where its at.. :( If you still haven't figured it out by the time i get home.. i'll try and get a screen shot and more details for you and post it later.

*Edit - able to grab a screen shot* (so.. if its already checked, you might have to uncheck it to use http.. try it checked and unchecked i suppose, not sure what i did.. but one of the ways should get you goin)

I have it downloading and installing now. I have a rather slow internet connection (using my EVO as a hotspot plus my son is playing a game online makes my 3g speeds slow)

So that part worked now but Im stuck again.... This is crazy just for screen shots... I downloaded the drivers for windows but when I follow the steps below..

plug your phone in, just as if you were going to transfer a song or a picture. But this time don't pull down the shade and mount the SD card. You'll get a "Found New Hardware" message from Windows.

Select "Locate and install driver software."

Select "Don't search online."

Select "I don't have the disk. Show me other options."

Select "Browse my computer for driver software."

Now browse to the SDK folder, and point Windows to the folder named usb_driver. Click the image below to enlarge it and see the usb_driver folder inside your Android SDK.

It says my drivers are not found and install was failed.... :(
