wow this really worked i appreciate for you sharing your knowledge i tried switching off the phone it didnt work but this your piece words/knowledge worked TWO HEADS ARE REALLY BETTER THAN ONE

You can try cleaning out the headphone jack with alcohol and a cotton swab. If this doesn’t solve the issue then find “About” located in settings. If the Operating System doesn’t begin with “iOS” or if there isn’t a small logo on the back cover of the phone depicting an Apple with a bite taken out of it then this is likely the issue.

Thanks for the suggestions guys on this forum. Really I got the same problem and used a simple method as suggested I just cleaned my head phone socket with only cotton n blow the air by switchoff the phone n switch it on than the problem got cleared and voice is clear n audible no headphone symbol. It has gone. Ok. Thanks all in this forum for suggestions and advices.
