Hello, my transferred some data from my Lenovo m10 hd to my Redmi 9c and now when I charge it a rainbow screen comes on and I transferred some data to my Redmi pad SE recently from my Redmi 9c and the same rainbow screen is appearing. Can someone please help me on how to remove the rainbow screen?

Do you get a charging animation on top of that?
I don't see that as a Theme / Screenaver or in the Wallpaper Carousel for the Lock Screen, but they have hundreds to download; plus I can't see a way to overide
What Data did you transfer? Was it a dragged copy of everything put in a folder?
Does the Redmi behave normally otherwise?

I had this same thing happen to me. I'm able to find it by typing, screen saver, in the settings menu search bar.

It behaved normally. When I bought the phone it gave me an option to copy my data from my old device so that is what I did and that started happening.

That Screenaver, (aka moving wallpaper on a smartphone - I had to check) is like the Screensaver available on my other older phone, a Moto E6 Plus on Android 9.

You are correct there's no Screenaver option on Xiaomi phones, I have their Poco F2 Pro, but their Wallpaper Carousel setting and the many available screens is similar afaik.

As you had a Lenovo and they own Motorola you must have that image downloaded somewhere on your new Redmi.

Probably under Wallpaper Carousel or it's using that image for that purpose.
I don't have Hyper OS but the previous MIUI 14.
I'm sure there is some way you can turn that off.
Do the colours move slightly at all? Mine do if I select that as a Screenaver. I never bothered with things like that I just set Screenaver to a digital Clock on a blue wallpaper background.

See here on my Moto:

Seems odd that you wouldn't be able to find it as "screen saver". I went online looking for your specific device and found these...

In this article they found a setting for "keep screen on while charging" so you may be able to search "charging" or "screen on". It also mentions Activity Launcher but I'm not sure if you'll find that on your device. The wallpaper itself is called "day dream" I believe maybe you can find that way?

I'm really kind of lost if you're not able to find it listed as a screen saver. For most of the comments on this the setting is under Display. Did you try as a compound word and as two separate words? I am confident that this is what the cause is as it meets all criteria, it even reads exactly as what you're experiencing...
