Help with clearing Bluetooth profiles.

Bought a few bluetooth devices. After pairing two devices I returned as they stunk, I could not find a way to get a third to pair. Could it only allow two devices to be paired? If so how do I get rid of a paired devices profile? I clear the data in the settings menu and when bluetooth starts again, they re-appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
