how can i fix my samsung galaxy tab 7.0 without taking off the back.

it just shut off completly it will show the charging sign with a loading simbole in the middle then show only one bar of power. and it does that repedivly.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried a different cable and/or wall charging plug? If that doesn't help, then possibilities include a failing battery, a faulty microUSB port, or a faulty motherboard. In any of those cases, you'd be best off bringing the tablet to a repair shop.
