How can I get my camera and my Bluetooth to functioning?

Camera Failed Error & Bluetooth not functioning

I have a Galaxy S4, which has been giving me a "Camera Failed" error and my Bluetooth is not functioning either. I have done 1) battery pull & restart. That didn't work so I tried 2) Cleared Application data. When that didn't work, I attempted step 3) Backup and system restore, which restored all factory settings. The camera and Bluetooth are still not working, so I tried 4) Clearing the partition cache. Tried the camera again this morning and still receiving an error. Also, my Bluetooth is still not connecting.

Any suggestions on how to get the camera to function and Bluetooth to connect? I am at a loss.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. If it still doesn't work, then there's a hardware or firmware issue. Contact a Samsung service center or a local repair shop.
