How can I pair a smartwatch (U8) to my Motorola Droid Ultra and wireless headphones?

how can I pair a smartwatch (U8) to my motorola droid ultra and wireless headphones

Every time I pair my smartwatch to my smartphone and then try to pair the wireless headphones it kicks the already paired device out and installs the other. Is there an app i'm missing to pair 2 devices to my smartphone together

Welcome to Android Central! Is the smartwatch pairing with Phone Audio or Media Audio? You can't have more than one device connected at the same time with either of those. Go to Settings>Bluetooth, and select either of those devices (smartwatch or headphones). If you want to use the headphones for media only, then make sure the smartwatch has Media Audio unchecked, while the headphones have Media Audio checked.
