how do I activate my free storage (of google drive/dropbox) 100 gb on lg g6?

I saw a pop up ever since I bought it but I 'saved it' (how dumb) similarly for my samsung galaxy s6 edge ( i NEVER used it now I bought a new phone bcuz of situations so wasted 2 yrs of free storage). So i did not activate it immediately and it says my gmail wont recieve or send email as it's full (again) like before I already removed emails that were important and files from my drive and used my photos in google photos made it high quality instead of original to save storage.

Please tell me becuz i only saw in popup now nowhere pls help asap
