Change CDMA to GSM international carriers

First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Ignacio Casas. I'm from Argentina. I'm a journalist at Buenos Aires.
I purchased a LG G4 LS991, without contract through Amazon. I called to Sprint and they gave me the code for unlock my phone for international carriers, but they don't gave me instructions for unlock GSM and SIM in my device. Anybody help me?
Thanks!
Sorry for my bad english!

Muchas gracias!

Probably just pop your SIM in and when you power up the phone it will ask you for the unlock code.
That's what mine have done before in the past.

Re: Change CDMA to GSM international carriers

Is CDMA used in Argentina ?

Most countries don't use CDMA anymore, except for a couple of carriers here in the USA.

EDIT:
If that phone is a CDMA only (no GSM also) and Argentina is GSM, then it won't work at all.
You can't change the CDMA radio to a GSM radio simply by unlocking it.

I told him to sell it and get h815 since it's gsm and will work better for him I'm his country.
