I’m brand new to OnePlus. I’m in the USA and have just preordered the green OnePlus 12 on the OnePlus website. I have to trade my Samsung S22 Ultra to bring the price down to my comfort zone.
Last year, in sending phones to Samsung via FedEx, my husband and I had both of our phones stolen. His was a phone sent in for trade. Mine was a defective phone being returned. Since so many people had their traded phones stolen, Samsung made things right for my husband. But not for me.
So, what’s the history with OnePlus trade ins? Has it been mostly smooth?
