How to wipe internal storage for V522 LG Pad 8 III

I am generally happy with this table, but the 16G internal storage has 7G being system system data, leaving little space available for use.

I wonder if anyone could help provide some resource in formatting the internal storage and installing a smaller size OS .... ?

Welcome to Android Central! The best approach would probably be to root the device and delete unwanted bloatware (although you need to make sure what you delete isn't important). The forums at XDA-Developers.com are a good resource for this kind of thing.

If you can't or don't want to root, then the next best option is to Disable any bloatware that you can. This will revert the app to the factory installed version (which is typically smaller than any updated version), and then prevent it from opening.
