I want to be able to record video in stereo to my S5 from my HiFi outputs on my preamp.

I simply want to record stereo video using sound from my HiFi so am wondering what type of cable I need. I obviously need RCA's to plug into my line output on my preamp, will a 3.5 input to the headphone jack work on and S5?

Welcome to Android Central! Even if you were able to get that setup to work, it wouldn't be in stereo, because the headset jack is only for a mono mic.
