infolinks in Dolphin browser on Nexus 7

Hi,

New to the forum as I've recently purchased a Nexus 7 and am brand new to Android.

I've already tried doing a Google and in-forum search and am not able to find a solution to my problem, which is the ubiquitous green underlined hyperlink found throughout numerous websites on my mobile devices, both iphone and in this case the Dolphin browser on my new Nexus 7. Every solution addresses only the PC, and none mobile devices. Has anybody encountered Infolinks on their mobile browsers and figured out a way to deal with them?
