Internet pages don't fully load on my samsung tablet

[Android Central Question]

I have an A7 samsung tablet and when I open a webpage on chrome or open an article through the facebook app, the pages don't fully load, they load like 3/4 of the way and then freeze so half of the page is not shown and this does not ever change. I have tried restarting the tablet but nothing. The internet connection is fine works well in other devices. Any ideas what can I do to fix this?

Try clear cache and force stop chrome.

try wiping system cache

1. Start by holding the Power switch in order to turn your smartphone off.
2. Next, keep holding both the Volume up and the Power key at once.
3. Let go all the keys when you notice the Samsung logo on the screen.
4. Now you will see the Android No Command logo. Hold the Power key and click the Volume up once.
5. When the Recovery Mode will launch scroll down by the Volume keys and confirm with the Power key.
6. Find and choose the Wipe Cache Partition.
7. After the whole process, you can return to the normal mode by selecting Reboot System Now.
