Irritating Pop up

I turn off the mic and camera from quick buttons at the top but every time I get asked if I really want this!? Can you turn off these annoying questions please?

That's not the only annoying repeat pop-up. If you use a 3rd party launcher like I do (Nova Prime) the phone, at random keeps asking for me to review the app's that have full access to the phone! Obviously any 3rd party launcher must have full access to the phone. So I review the setting and that is NOT good enough! There's no way to tell the service to STOP asking me! So stupid! Let me have an off button, or a setting telling the service that I have reviewed and approved the app!
