Is anyone else having issues on their phone after the new update?

My phone will turn off all the time now on its own and if I go to power it off myself it take forever to turn off and most of the time you have to force shut it off. My phone doesn't even pull up wifi connections any more. Certain apps won't allow me to open them for long with them saying error and exiting out of them. I went into Verizon the other day and they said it was all because of the update that happened on my phone. My phone is a little over a year old. I shouldn't be having these problems.

When they said it was because of the update, you should have asked, "Do you have any word on when the fixed version is being released?" They broke your phone if their update caused the problem, so it's their liability, making it their responsibility to fix it. (Or replace the phone with something of equal or greater value if they can't.)
