Is anyone else having trouble with the Secure folder?

I use my Note 9 for work as well as personal use, but somewhere since either the Pie update and the last security update, when i try to use it, if freezes my phone. Just wanted to see if anyone else has been having the same issues.

i was thinking of doing a factory reset...just to be sure it wasnt me messing things up.

I'm not seeing a issue, but before you factory reset try going to the app drawer and long press secure folder app and clear cache and force stop see if it helps.

i did that, but i'm still having the same issue

Then try clear data but back up everything then restart see if that helps.

Will do. in the mean time, i've removed all of my files from there until i'm able to connect to wifi and back up everything.
