Weird. I just checked my credit card activity, online, to see if the Google pending charge became permanent (thus - it's shipping). To my surprise, the charge is GONE!!!

Has anyone experienced this? Should I be worried? Ugh!!!

i ordered a 64gb graphite on 10/11 no tracking still and I already paid the first finance charge and still nothing.

I had a pending charge put on my card Friday night and my order was changed to processing. The pending charge is no longer there and I don't have a posted charge either and the order still says processing. How long does the order usually sit like this before you get shipping confirmation?

My order was a 64gb Aluminum and I ordered on 10/7. Since day 1 it has said ship by 11/5 and delivery 11/10-11/12

10/29 Google status still pending.

10/30 GOOGLE *Devices --full order charged to card (pending transaction), Google status moved to processing.

11/02 Bank still shows pending transaction, and Google status still processing.

When you first make your order and when the order moves to processing, Google typically pre-authorizes the card to ensure you have the funds to cover the cost of the phone. These typically fall off within a week or so, exactly when depends on the banks policies. Google only charges your card when the phone actually ships.

Pending charges will drop off your card if the store (Google, in this case) does not convert it to an actual charge. How long this takes depends on your credit card company; some will automatically drop a pending charge after one week, others after 2 or 3 days.

The general rule of thumb I use is 2 days of transit from the Midwest to Eastern Upstate, NY. I'd figure similar for MD, so if it ships today, you'll likely see it Wed. Check your tracking number, I chose free shipping but they shipped overnight, the tracking number will also give you the projected delivery date.

Mine arrived this morning. Silver 64gb ordered on Sep 29, 2015 3:28:08 PM EDT from Google. Original shipment date was set for Nov 10-12. Well done Google and Huawei!

Nope... mine has hasn't either... I had a $1 mystery charge on my CC on Thursday afternoon... but nothing else.

This has been really poor customer service from Google for people to order last week and have their phones shipped before people that pre-ordered within the first week. I ordered a month ago and have been in a processing status for a week now.

I preordered a 128gb frost also 10/1. It went into precessing on sat 10/31.. Its stuck on processing. Estimated deliver is nov 3-4. I wonder if it will actually ship and meet their estimated delivery dates =x
