Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 AT&T Video Call prompt, despite disabling the feature?

My Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 has an issue every time I pull up the phone app to make a call. There is a page that pops up and i have to back out of it in order to make a call. This is a HUGE pain especially since I disabled video calling. There's a check box that states "Don't show again" and it's always checked but nothing ever happens. Any idea to solve this issue. I would like to keep this phone, but if I can't find a way to resolve the myriad of issues with it, then I guess I'll have to get something else. Thanks!

@hallux, I think the OP is saying that whenever she tries to make a call, she gets a popup asking her if she wants to set up AT&T's video calling, even though she's tried to disable it and has selected the "Don't Show Again" option when she declines it.
