A couple things to consider when doing this. Widgets will not function if their associated apps are moved to the SD card. This is just part of how Android is programmed, for better or worse, and not to do with how those apps are programmed. I've also seen apps become unstable after being moved, such as resetting defaults every time you open it.

Can apps be moved? It depends. Is it a good idea? Your mileage may vary, but may not be worth it.

We appreciate the work you put into the guide--it was nicely done! The points that Mooncatt and sfoLAX make are also useful, though. There are plenty of people (especially newbies) who automatically assume that the ability to move an app to SD means that the device's internal storage has gone up by that amount. Unfortunately, this is never the case (assuming you're not using the card as Portable Storage, and not Adoptable Storage), because of the fact that only a portion of the app gets moved.
