Those battery stats look good to me. You've used less than 40% for 3 hours SoT, on a dual SIM phone and with a slow mobile connection (E). Not bad at all.

I understand what he(?) is asking (and English is not even my native language) but a) throwing abbreviations around isn't really how you ask a question and b) the question itself is lacking a lot of information.

~3h of Screen on Time (SoT) at 61% remaining battery charge is NOT telling you anything. Use the phone until it's almost empty and then look at the screen on time. Also: there's no way of telling if this is a good or bad amount of screen on time. What is your usage like? Heavy use? Light use? Which apps did you use? Did you use mobile data or wifi? Were any bluetooth devices connected? What is the screen brightness set to? Which Android version are you using?

Try to use more words next time, instead of shortening everything, and maybe then people will be able to give you a more satisfying answer.
