I restarted my phone yesterday and for some strange reason i'm no longer able to use the fingerscan to lock the phone/close screen which I had previously been able to do so.
I need to use the power off/on button to lock the screen now which isn't ideal as the button is a bit temperamental requiring a few clicks to work.
Strangely when the screen is off I'm able to use the fingerscan to open without any issues and it still works for apps and purchase approval etc... the only thing it doesn't do is lock/turn screen off anymore.
I've tried removing fingerprints and adding them again and also turning phone off/rebooting etc.
Any ideas why this has just stopped working ?
