My headphone jack isn't working.

[Android Central Question]

I dropped my phone in the toilet (the water was clean, this was before i dropped a deuce) and immediately picked it up and started trying to shake the water out of the ports on the bottom. Afterwards, I set it to dry out.

Problem is, now only the headphone jack doesn't work. By that, I mean it will not register the presence of the headphones whatsoever, not that it shows that the headphones are connected when they aren't. I don't know what to do. Should I stick a cotton swab in the port? The headphones work on my computer, so I'm pretty sure it isn't a problem with them.
