My Phone is not working

I accidentally dropped my iPhone into water, and it's acting strange. The screen is flickering, and the touch screen isn't working properly. What should I do now? Any tips or experiences to share?

All you can do at this stage is to try to dry it by leaving it for several days in a warm dry place, or putting it in the hands of a repairer. Either way, its survival is uncertain.
