My samsung galaxy s4 sms is not working?

I recently switched from Verizon to tmobile when i switched my sms is not working. My data and calling works but i just cant text at all. it says failed to send. I tried switching it to hangouts but that did nothing. It is a samsung galaxy s4. what happened?

You might need to set up the T-mobile APN in you network settings.
