Friends im happy to be part of Android Central.
Im thinking about buying new phone for while, waited two years for Mi max 3 to release in my Country ( India ) but they cancelled series. last week my Previous Smartphone ( Asus Zenfone 6 - 2014 ) Died on me after >5 Years. so im in search for New, Please help me find new one. requirements are as follow.

Primary Purpose
Watching Movie, TV Series, Listening Songs

Secondary Purpose
Occasional Gaming ( Mostly Racing & Puzzle Game )

Requirement
MicroSD Card Support
3.5 Jack with Good Audio Quality ( Atmos or DTS-X ) ( Don't Like Bluetooth Earphone )
Decent Screen ( Bigger is better ) ( Preferably Good LCD Screen Since OLED has Burn in Issue after Two Years )
Big Battery
USb OTG

After googling & watching Youtube reviews alot i decided on Following Choices
Asus Zenfone 6 - Asus 6z
Decent HDR10 LCD screen, Good Audio Quality, Vanilla Android, 5000mah Battery, Good Camera, Decent Earphone in Box, Promised two major Android Update

LG V40 ThinQ
Amazing Audio, Decent OLED Screen, Good Camera even if i adapt to the Modified Android & Battery which is small but LG has bad Track Record of Update & OLED screen has Burn-In Issue.

Other Choices
Oppo Reno 10x zoom
Everything Looks good but Amoled Screen & no Audio jack

Oppo Reno2
Don't Have issue with SD 730 since my primary motive is Media. But this have Amoled & neither Have Atmos nor DTS-X

Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e
Everything Looks Great specWise but Amoled Screen & no Audio jack But Because It has huge Battery i don't need to connect tab to PowerBank Frequently & I will Buy Asus Zenfone max m2 which is not costly.

All i know is from Internet so i don't know how much is true (Paid Review) so please correct me if Im Wrong. Tell me which phone is better choice or suggest other device if they are better for my requirement.
1> does OLED Screens still have burn in Issue after 2 Years?

2>I'm Leaning more toward Asus Zenfone 6 (2019) it has killer spec for money, since my previous ZF6 Lasted more than 5 years & I hope this will last Longer. But worried about Poor Cooling & Motherboard Issue, is it solved or should i pass on this?

Budget - ~40000 INR, will stretch if there is convincing reason.

All LED screens have burn-in if you keep the brightness up high on a screen that doesn't move. (It's not going to look great outside in sunshine, though.)

The overheating is still a problem, with charging shutting off during heavy testing.

The flip-up camera bothers me - that's just one more point that could fail.

Overall, though, I'd say it meets your specs. (I'd go for the maximum amount of RAM I could afford.)

What I would do is root the phone (see https://forum.xda-developers.com/ze...uide-how-to-root-asus-zenfone-6-twrp-t3940168) and run Magisk Charge Switch, to keep the phone at about 95% charge (set it to 96 94) when doing a lot of gaming or watching a long video, so the battery just gets a few minutes of charge as it needs it.

And get a TPU case. Gorilla Glass 6 or not, one drop to a table of 5 cm could crack the glass, if it hits just the wrong spot.
