I was reading the bootloader FAQ that has been posted by Nenolod and I noticed he recommended some edits to improve the overall performance to Android phones.
how to improve user performance on android phones ? nenolod.net
From ADB:
$ su
# mount -o remount,rw /system
# echo 'kernel.sched_latency_ns = 600000' >> /etc/sysctl.conf
# echo 'kernel.sched_min_granularity_ns = 400000' >> /etc/sysctl.conf
# echo 'kernel.sched_features = 24188' >> /etc/sysctl.conf
# mount -o remount,ro /system
# sysctl -p
kernel.sched_latency_ns = 600000
kernel.sched_min_granularity_ns = 400000
kernel.sched_features = 24188
# exit
$ exit
Has anyone run these on a Droid X? I'm happy with my performance (overall) but at times things slow down a bit and I'm wondering if this will help that out.
