New phone in the $200 price range

Hello
Looking for a new phone for my wife, in the $200 price range if possible
She currently owns the Moto G stylus (2020 I think...so only 4G)
Must have would be:
-) 5G
-) Good (or very good) camera
-) Large screen (6.5")
-) wifi calling
-) wireless charging would be a plus, but can live without it

For now, I was thinking Samsung Galaxy A14 ($199 at BestBuy) .I've read the camera was good (and yes I know, it doesn't have wireless charging)
Any other good recommendations, even with a price slightly above $200?

The OnePlus Nord N200 5G is pretty decent for a budget phone. I got it free from T-Mobile after trading in an old useless phone, and gave it to my parents to use. Nice display, performance is fine for basic use, build quality is good. Reviews mention a mediocre camera, but you're not going to find any phone in this price range with a really good camera.
